These are the top "fixes" for laptops.

Zscaler.  It is the UID(lunch number) @k12bcs.net.,  this is on the sticker on the bottom of the laptops

RESTART it.  This fixes the great majority of issues.  RESTART is an option on the power menu.  Holding down the power button causes more damage and shutting the lid does not turn it off.

Remove bookmarks for Google Classroom. They MUST access Google Classroom, drive, email, etc. via IAM (or EdCloud). 

It won't turn on.  Charge it.  If the battery is really drained, it could take an hour on the charger to turn on. 

It goes off randomly.  Charge it, RESTART it, and check for updates in the software center.

Keys are sticky:  Do not eat or drink while using your laptop.  This is usually something that has to be sent to the county to clean the "stick" off of the bottom of the keys or to replace the keyboard. 

Clear the history:  open Google, go the the 3 dots, choose history, then follow it to history, clear history for all times.  RESTART the device after that.
