Other tech help. 
Below are instructions to get tech help.  The help desk number was overwhelmed with calls and they are not able to return calls.  Students are asked to use the CHAT feature.  Techs are working from home and can "remote in" to laptops to fix most issues.  
Replacement laptops are available in the main office for laptops that are not working.  Students will need to bring in the broken laptop and will get a replacement laptop.
